Gaia Property Development encompassing activities, that range from the research, investigation and survey for the purchase of raw land, to design and study, construct, till the use of the project and servicing during the operation. As developers, we are the coordinators of the activities, converting ideas inspired on paper, into real property.

We build projects, create, imagine, control and orchestrate the process of development from the beginning to end.

We help to determine the marketing of the property, develop the building program and design, obtain the necessary public approvals, build the structure, manage, and ultimately use it.

We work with many different counterparts along each step of the process, including, city planners, architects, civil and mechanical engineers, inspectors, landscape architects, designers, decorators, subcontractors, financial agents and any other is necessary for the success of the project.

1991 - 1996 : Private land surveying office. 10 Elia Politi str, Corfu, associated with mrs Kotsimpou S. Land & civil engineer.

1992 - 1993 : Maintain and infrastructure constructions of Marina of Gouvia in association with “D.O.T.E. SA”.

1993 - 1995 : New Building construction and Landscape creation of the Corfu Airport "Ioannis Kapodistrias" in association with “D.O.T.E. SA”.

1995 - 1996 : Maintenance of "Ioannis Kapodistrias" Corfu Airport apron in association with “ERANI SA”.

1996 - 2000 : Private land surveying office. 19-21 Iacovou Polyla str, Corfu, associated with mrs Kotsimpou S. Land & civil engineer

1996 - 1997 : Construction of the part, between Gouvia and Corfu town, of the local city sewer in association with “ERANI SA”.

1997 - 1999 : Construction of the part between Gouvia and Tzavros of the National main road "Corfu-Palaiokastritsa" in association with “DOMOTECHNIKI SA”.

1999 - 2000 : Construction of a luxury villa, in Kanoni, section of the Urban Plan of Corfu town, as the main contractor, based on the design of the Architect Christoforos A.Kardakis 2001, July: Surveying – mapping of the whole property (35 hectares) of the “Club Med – Ipsos, Corfu” for the creation of renovation studies by the C. M. Architects.

 1999 - 2002 : Construction of the commercial Port of Imerolia, Kassiopi (funding by Interreg II) in association with “DOMOTECHNIKI SA”.

2000 - 2005 : Private land surveying office. 21 A' Ioannou Theotoki str, Corfu, associated with mr Staras Gr. and mr Kardakis K. civil engineers.

2002 - 2003 : Renovating of the istorical building of the "Ionian Academy". Restoration of the SE part of the defensive walls of the old Corfu town in association with “DOMOTECHNIKI SA”.

2004 - 2005 : Construction of a local mall in 'Solari' area in association with “MPALAS – TSIRIGAKIS SA”.

2005 - 2006 : Present days, land surveying and construction works, based at the studio of "GAIA Properties developments", in Kassiopi, NE Corfu. Projects :

2005 - 2008 : Renovation of the 16th sentury historical mansion of the Theotokis Family, in Krevatsoula bay, in Dassia and landscape creation of the 6 hectares land of it. (As, on site, project manager in association with the contractor, "Vlassis-Kontostanos-Theodotos SA" and “ZEGE Architects”)

2007 - 2010 : Construction of luxury resort cavo Alkyoni, in Avlaki Kassiopi, NE Corfu, two large luxury villas, Amalthea and Pelagia. (As, on site, project manager in association with the contractor, "Vlassis-Kontostanos-Theodotos SA").

2008 - 2009 : Present days Renovation of the 18th sentury historical mansion of the Kourkoumeli Family, in Afra, in central Corfu and landscaping of the 10 hectares land of it. (Topographic work support, setting out, leveling, quantities measurements etc, in association with the contractor, "Vlassis-Kontostanos-Theodotos SA")

2009 - 2011 : Construction of a large luxury villa in "Perama", Corfu (Topographic work support, setting out, leveling, quantities measurements etc, in association with the contractor, "Vlassis-Kontostanos-Theodotos SA")
